| Hello, my name is Zsolt Petrasi and I live in a suburb of Kaposvar in the south-western region of Hungary. Since 1990 I have been keeping dogs and taking them to shows. I used to breed Mastino Napoletano (our Italian kennel name - that was founded in 1993 - stems from this), when I decided to get a bullterrier. | |

I had known this breed from shows for a long time and I would have liked to get one very much as a pet next to mastinos. My first bullterrier, a white coloured bitch was given to me by one of my friends in 1995. I became totally in love with the character of Bullterriers very soon and 4 years later my first litter was born. Since 2002 my co-breeding partner is my best friend Gabor Ujj, who with his family lives near Zalaegerszeg, in Teskand, which is 50 km to Austrian-Hungarian border. Since 1996 I have known him from shows and have become very good friends. Since our conception was the same, to breed typical and healthy dogs with true bullterrier temperament and used that bloodline (Ghabar) that was prefered by me, he joined my kennel with his bullies with pleasure. Since then we've imported two white coloured bitches from Kennel Breslau's, Denmark and did more foreign matings in abroad. We have got few bullterriers and all of them are parts of our family and live together with us and other pets. |
| In 2002 and 2003 we won "Best BT breeder of the year" 2nd place after Cosmopolitan Kennel in Hungary. Beside these we have obtained "The most successful BT in Hungary" and "The most successful junior female of the year" in 2002 and "The most successful male of the year" 2nd place in 2003. In 2004 we won the prize of Brass Wreath Master-breeder. Despite our short breeding past and the relatively few litters, we bred/owned several champion titles and got some important foreign show results (Open class Winner at CETS Open Show in 2002, Bundessieger BOB in 2002 Tuln...etc). | |

What's our plans for the future? At the moment we have 4 good brood-bitches of great-type and fantastic pedigrees carrying the invaluable Ghabar bloodline.
